1. During the warranty period, if there is an electronic fault in the product, the warranty card and invoice can be used for the warranty;
2. If the product is repaired or replaced due to product failure (without damage to the product's appearance), the company will issue the product within 15 days after receiving the product;
3. The following conditions are not covered by the warranty: the user personally changes and replaces the product number and machine number; the use environment does not meet the damage caused by the product use conditions; the product damage caused by bad transportation; the product passes the non-company Repair or disassembly by authorized personnel or professionals;
4. Charges as appropriate for the following cases (material costs are excluded): whether during the warranty period or inside or outside the service contract: damage caused by irresistible natural forces such as earthquakes, fires, floods, etc.; failure caused by improper use (such as power supply);
Warranty service commitment
In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests, and to avoid your worries, Code Yong Intelligent Information Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Code Yong") will make the following warranty service commitments to you, and provide you with standard warranty service accordingly.
1, the warranty object
The warranty is limited to consumers who purchase this product in accordance with the legal sales channel.
2, warranty commitment:
(1) One-year limited warranty
A, the main components (including circuit boards, LCD screens, power modules, internal data lines, etc.), free warranty for one year, if the component has been discontinued, you can not replace the same model parts, can only be upgraded, according to the upgrade The market price is charged for the difference of the parts; if the replacement involves other parts, the other replacement parts must be paid in full.
B. If the faulty machine needs to be replaced, the warranty time of the replaced parts is extended by 3 months on the date of fault repair.
The CD, floppy disk and other accessories included with the product are not covered by the warranty.
When you send the repair, please show the corresponding warranty card or purchase invoice. The warranty card or the purchase invoice is valid with the stamp of the authorized dealer. If there is no seal, please find the seal of the original purchase.
If you are unable to provide an official purchase invoice, or if the invoice is unclear and inaccurate, Code will always calculate the warranty time based on the product's date of manufacture plus 30 days.
(2) Product exchange
From the start date of the warranty, there will be problems within 30 days (including) of the product. If the code is confirmed to be a product quality problem, it can be exchanged.
Starting from the warranty start date, after the product has been used for more than 30 days (excluding), problems can be repaired.
The above time is based on the time on the transaction voucher. If the valid transaction voucher cannot be provided, the date of manufacture plus 30 days is calculated.
The warranty start date is from the effective date of the code-based sales order, plus 30 days, which is the start date.
(3) Repair the failure time
In the urban areas of the following cities, Code Yong promises to return the corresponding fault-free parts to the customer within 3-5 working days after receiving the faulty parts from the local technical service center; if you are not within the following cities, please send the faulty parts to From the customer technical service center nearest to your location, Codeyong Technical Service Center will return the corresponding fault-free parts to you within 5-7 working days after receiving the faulty parts; users in remote areas are requested to negotiate with Codeyong Technical Service Center. time.
The normal business hours of the code-designated maintenance organization are: every Monday to Friday, eight hours a day, holidays and holidays.
(4) Customer Advisory Service
